Reiki is a complementary therapy which works with universal life energy, channeled through the practitioner to the recipient. It provides an opportunity to relax, harmonize and rebalance, in a safe and caring environment. It brings out the feeling of calm, peace and joy which stays on for days after the treatment, strengthens the immune system, eases pain, reduces stress and anxiety, promotes self-healing.

There is no belief system attached to Reiki, so anyone can receive a Reiki treatment or a Reiki attunement. As in any healing the first step towards a healthier life is a desire to be healed.

There are no known contra-indications for Reiki. It is a non-intrusive treatment that can be delivered in a variety of settings and requires no special equipment.

Reiki attunement

Attunement for the fist, second, third and master level.

Every person can use Reiki and the only thing needed for that is to be attuned or initiated. The attunement process enables the recipient to permanently open and connect to the Universal Reiki Energies on mental, physical, emotional and psychic level. In Japanese, the attunement ceremony is known as Reiju, which means spiritual energy blessing. When we receive a Reiki attunement, we are inviting spiritual blessings on our path of self-mastery.

It is very easy to learn Reiki. No special background or knowledge is required, so anyone of any age can learn and practice it.

Attunements are given by a Reiki Master and there are three formal levels of initiation. Once you have received a Reiki attunement, you will have Reiki for the remainder of your life and you will be capable of doing self-healing and healing of others (depending on the attunement level).
